Returns

We offer a returns processing fee of $45 for the first item and $15 per additional item that will be applied to all eligible CA orders, placed from 1st November 2025 until mid-Jan 2026. This will be deducted from your refund.
This includes full-price & discounted items.
Exclusions include all personalized products & pierced jewelry - this does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be sent a confirmation email once we have received and processed your returned goods. Please note that returns processing at our warehouse can take up to 5 working days from receipt. Your refund will then be made within 5 working days from the date on which your return has been processed.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Occasionally there can be a delay in the refund showing in your account - this is governed by the card issuer and is outside of Strathberry’s control.
