What is a Sample Sale?

Our sample sale is a chance to find archival pieces and unique styles. The treasures to be found are always of the highest quality, and the reason they are in the sample sale varies. 

Sometimes they are unique designs that we have decided not to take to production and sometimes the product might have small flaws that do not impact the item's functionality. They may also be items used once during photoshoots, or just perfectly imperfect.

What kind of discounts can be found at the sample sale?

Discounts can vary but generally discounts of 10% - 70% can be expected, with a handful of styles being up to 80% off.

When is the sample sale?

Our sample sale will be hosted in our Burlington Arcade store -

Friday 28th & Saturday 29th of March
10am - 5pm

I am a Strathberry insider, will I get points from my sample sale purchase?

No, these purchases unfortunately do not count towards your insider points.

Can I exchange/refund an item I bought at a sample sale?

All sales are final, meaning no sample sale purchases can be exchanged or returned. The samples will have no warranty, but you could choose to have your purchase repaired by our team at your own cost in the future if needed.

Are there other sales throughout the year e.g Black Friday, January sales etc?

We do have occasional sales, but this is the only time you will be able to access such a large number of Strathberry products at heavily discounted prices.

Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase?

No!

Can I use gift cards or any other discount codes during the Sample Sale? 

Sadly not, the sample sale bags are already heavily reduced so please keep your discount codes for the new collection.

Can you put Sample Sale items on hold?

No, sadly due to the high demand, we can not put items on hold.
